Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return or exchange if:
- Return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Product is unused and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- Product is in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used or washed products
- Damaged products caused after delivery
- Products without original tags
Exchange
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or refund (where applicable) may be offered.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Process
Once your returned item passes quality inspection:
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
If your return is rejected after inspection, the product will be shipped back to you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
